ECOVIE provides design and installation of rainwater systems. We will design system layout and sizing to meet your needs and to maximize utility and cost savings. It is our goal to work with you to deliver the best solution for you and to communicate every step of the way.
The ECOVIE Design Process:
- Consultation - We'll meet with you to determine your goals for rainwater collection and then review your current water usage and available collection surface. We will share with you details on equipment, design criteria, and benefits of rainwater collection.
- Design - From there, we'll develop a range of options from which you can choose, including storage capacity, tank type, and level of sophistication. Included will be irrigation optimization if that's needed. Then we'll design an ECOVIE Rainwater Collection System to meet your property's particular needs. At this stage, we'll also provide you with a cost savings estimate. Once you approve the design of your system, we'll provide a cost and timing proposal usually within a few days.
- Installation - Once you select a system design, we will sign a contract which indicates promised installation timing and 'not to exceed' pricing. We will schedule installation, which will typically occur within two weeks. Time to install varies, but is typically 2-3 days. Once we start an installation, we continue until it's finished. In addition, we guarantee the project finish date and will reduce the price 10% for each week we are late.
- System Start Up - We will give you a short training on running the system and will actually run water through it to make sure everything works perfectly. When we are sure everything works, we will replace any grass or landscaping as required. We will follow up on system operation to assure you are completely satisfied with the ECOVIE Rainwater System.
